Preparation for assembling a shot blasting machine
The assembly and test of a shot blasting machine is the most important process before a shot blasting machine is used. There should be some preparation before a shot blasting machine is assembled and the preparation is as the following.
The operator who assembles the shot blasting machine should firstly study the drawings, technical documents and shot blasting machine technical information and know the structure of the shot blasting machine, the type of workpiece that the shot blasting machine process, quantity of impeller heads, sizes of the dust collector, materials and sizes of the shot blasting machine board, functions, mutual relationship and connection methods of the shot blasting machine accessories.
Prepare the detailed drawings of the parts of the shot blasting machine. Go to the shot blasting machine warehouse and collect the required parts according to the drawings. Prepare the required tools.
There should be a quality test for the shot blasting machine parts. The shot blasting machine parts should be balanced and scraped if there are special requirements.
Assembly of a shot blasting machine
For complex individual shot blasting machine parts, the assembly includes component assembly and general assembly. For example, blasting machines, dust collectors and shot blasting machine chambers should be assembled first, and then assemble these parts.

Test and know flexibility of the operation of the shot blasting machine, vibration of the blasting impeller head, the dust removal of the shot blasting machine, compact and reasonable assembly between various shot blasting machine accessories, sealing of the shot blasting machine and the cleaning effect of the shot blasting machine.
Grind and putty the welding point of the shot blasting machine, and then paint the shot blasting machine.
