Adjustment And Replacement Steps of Shot Blasting Machine Control Cage

   The
control cage can make the projectiles that start to be accelerated in Impelier only fly out from the window of the control cage and are fixed on the shot blasting machine shell.
Adjustment of shot blasting machine control cage:
During use, due to the wear of the control cage, the diffusion angle of the projectile increases, resulting in accelerated wear of the shot blasting machine and other guards in the cleaning room. Therefore, when the wear of the control cage exceeds 10mm, a new control cage should be replaced (the angle between the opening direction and the horizontal square line is 45 degrees). The shot blasting machine has three types of projection speeds. When the projection speed needs to be changed, it can be accomplished by changing the motor pulley of the shot blasting machine.
The replacement process is as follows:
First, turn off the shot blasting machine and the main power supply. After the shot blasting machine is completely stopped, loosen the motor fastening bolts, remove the V-belt, and then use a hexagonal wrench to loosen the pulley fastening bolts. Use three M12 bolts to tighten the cone. The shaft sleeve is separated from the pulley, and the pulley is removed. Match the required pulley with the tapered bushing. Press into the motor shaft, then use a hex wrench to tighten the three M10 pulley fastening bolts. Then put on the V-belt. Finally, push the motor to a suitable position with the top screw, and tighten the bolts to fasten the motor.
Note: The outer end face of the motor pulley should be on the same plane as the outer end face of the shot blasting machine wheel pulley. Otherwise, loosen the three M10 pulley fastening bolts for adjustment. The three projectile speeds correspond to the two types of lifters, respectively, and the devices and adjustment methods of the lifter motor sprocket are the same as above.
