The abrasives and rust dust falling on the steel are transported to the abrasive circulation system through the screw-conveyor. The workpiece is loaded and unloaded on two sides of the outdoor cleaning roller. During the cleaning process, the dust and abrasive mixture pass through the funnel, and the vertical and horizontal screw conveyors collect the mixture in the lower part of the hoister and then lifted into the separator in the upper part of the machine. The separated pure abrasives fall into the separator hopper. Granular dust is sent to the dust removal system by the exhaust pipe, the clean gas is discharged, and the particulate dust is collected.
